Trust and eSports: Pro Counter-Strike Managers Speak Up

Check out a great eSports training article on trust and the important role it plays in the eSports industry over at Gotfrag. The article is based on interviews with Professional Counter-Strike organization Team 3d’s manager Craig “Torbull” Levine and Jason “1” Lake, manager of pro CS Team, Complexity. Both managers hold trust in high regard and the article describes in detail why it’s a value that underpins so many professional organizations. Kudos to the writers of this one on a professional piece – it’s nice to see a well written, spell checked article that actually stretches the vocabulary a little. Great stuff.

Paying attention to values like trust and professionalism seems to be a theme common in recent features throughout eSports. It's a sign of the maturing community and a positive indication of where this sport is headed.
